What You'll Gain From Group Coaching

Group coaching gives you expert guidance and peer support. You'll learn from the teaching and from each other's experiences. And because groups run for multiple weeks, you'll have consistency and accountability.
Women who participate in group coaching often experience:

  • Connection with others who truly understand
  • Tools to manage trauma responses, anxiety, and grief
  • Increased emotional resilience over time
  • A sense of belonging and feeling less alone
  • Encouragement grounded in faith and honesty
  • Affordable access to ongoing support
  • Flexibility with virtual sessions from anywhere

Healing in community reminds you that you're not alone. Sometimes that reminder is what keeps you going.

What Happens in Group Coaching Sessions?

Each group session includes teaching, reflection, and connection. You'll learn about how trauma lives in the body, how to calm your nervous system when anxiety takes over, and how to process grief without rushing through it. You'll also have space to share what's real for you and hear from others.

Groups are designed to feel safe and supportive. You won't be pressured to share before you're ready, but the space will be there when you are. And because faith is important to many women healing from trauma and grief, there's room to talk about your relationship with God without pretense.

What each session includes:

  • Teaching on trauma, grief, and emotional health
  • Practical tools for managing anxiety and building resilience
  • Time for group reflection and sharing
  • Connection with women who understand your story
  • A judgment-free space to be honest

Why Healing in Community Changes Everything

There's something that happens when you realize you're not the only one. When you hear another woman say the thing you thought you'd never be able to say out loud. When you don't have to explain why certain things are hard because they already know.

Individual therapy is powerful, but it can also feel isolating. You process alone, heal alone, and carry it alone between sessions. Group coaching gives you expert teaching combined with the support of women who are on the same journey.

Groups also make healing more accessible. The cost is significantly lower than individual therapy or coaching, and the virtual format means you can participate from anywhere. You get consistency, community, and tools all in one space.

Women join groups when they're:

  • Processing trauma and want connection with others who understand
  • Carrying grief that feels too heavy to hold alone
  • Tired of feeling isolated in their healing
  • Looking for tools and community at a more affordable price
  • Ready to build resilience alongside other Christian women
  • Wanting ongoing support without weekly one-on-one sessions

What Makes Group Coaching Different?

Group coaching brings women together to heal from trauma and grief in community. It's structured and intentional, which means it's different from traditional group therapy where everyone sits in a circle and shares for an hour.

Each session includes teaching on topics like understanding trauma responses, regulating your nervous system, processing grief, and building emotional resilience. You'll also have time to reflect, share what's coming up for you, and hear from other women who are walking a similar path.

Groups meet virtually, so you can join from anywhere. You'll benefit from expert guidance while building real relationships with women who understand what it's like to carry what you've been carrying. There's power in realizing you're not the only one and that healing is possible even when it feels far away.

Healing doesn't have to be so lonely. You've been carrying trauma and grief for a long time, and maybe you've already done some of the work. Therapy. Reading. Praying. But there's something about doing it alongside other women who understand that makes it feel less heavy.

Group coaching is for women who are tired of explaining themselves and ready to heal in community. It's structured, intentional, and built around connection, growth, and practical tools you can actually use.

Groups aren't live yet, but they're coming soon. Get on the waitlist to be notified when registration opens, learn about pricing, and secure your spot before it fills.
