I was born and raised in Guatemala, competed as a student-athlete through college, and came to faith later in life. I know what it's like to wrestle with identity, rebuild from the ground up, and navigate what it means to belong.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in EMDR and trauma therapy, and I specialize in helping women work through the things that often feel unseen, childhood wounds, silent grief, miscarriage and infertility, and the weight of trying to be enough.
My approach is warm and grounded. I won't rush you, and I won't tell you to just pray more. We'll work through what you're carrying using tools that actually help, and if you want space for your faith in the process, it's there.
